How Do We Make Contributions?

An incorporated Society called (“Wabanaki Society for the Protection of Indigenous Rights and Treaties”) will receive and deposit all contributions to the class action. 
 

These funds will be held and distributed according to the procedures outlined in this website under What Happens To The Funds Contributed? 
 

Contributions may be made to the class action by cheque made payable to the “Mi’kmaw Livelihood Fisheries Class Action Fund” and mailed or otherwise delivered to:
